Secure, tracked & flexible next day delivery to the UK. We aim for all Next Day orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday to be delivered the following day.

Refunds & Returns


Not totally feeling your purchase? Hey, it happens and we understand, we’re here for you! We offer a full refund, exchange, or credit note for unwanted items if reported to us within 7 days & returned within 14 days of receipt.

What we'll need from you:

- your order number
- details of the goods you intend to return
- preferred/appropriate reimbursement (refund or exchange)

Then, carefully repackage your return and pop it in the post to our Returns Address:

A few niggly things:

- we don’t currently cover the delivery costs of returns, unless your goods are damaged or faulty
- goods must be returned in an unused & re-saleable condition
- all is not lost! Goods reported & returned after 14 days but before 28 days still qualify for either an exchange or credit note, because we’re nice like that
- we’re sorry, but we can’t process returns for earrings for hygiene reasons!

We endeavour to process any postal return, refund, exchange, or credit note within 14 days of receipt of the product.







Received a faulty product?


Dang, we’re sorry! If goods are faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund, exchange, or credit note if returned to us within 28 days. We will bear the cost of returning faulty goods to OKLA, because we’re really, really sorry!
