We are based in Britain and ship to customers throughout Europe

Your order may be subject to import VAT and customs charges / handling fees.

Where applicable these charges will normally be collected from the recipient by the delivery company or customs prior to delivery

Please check your countries import requirements before ordering if you are unsure about any additional charges that may apply.

If applicable charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, any costs incurred as a result may be deducted from your refund.

We value our European customers dearly and we will do our best to ensure fees are minimal, but we cannot guarantee what the exact charges will be once the parcel leaves us.

Refunds & Returns

Not totally feeling your purchase? Hey, it happens and we understand ! 

We offer a full refund minus delivery charges, or exchange, or credit note for unwanted items if reported to us within 7 days and returned within 20 days of receipt.

What we'll need from you:

- your order number
- details of the goods you intend to return
- preferred/appropriate reimbursement (refund or exchange)

A few niggly things:

- we don’t currently cover the delivery costs of returns, unless your goods are damaged or faulty
- goods must be returned in an unused re-saleable condition
- all is not lost! Goods reported returned after 20 days but before 30 days still qualify for either an exchange or credit note, because we’re nice like that

We endeavour to process any postal return, refund, exchange, or credit note within 14 days of receipt of the product.
