Originating from Isthmus of Tehuantepec in the state of Oaxaca, Milagros are small figures and charms shaped with a chisel and hammer using tinplate, copper, silver or even gold. Milagros are traditionally hung on the walls of churches, shops and homes, to represent an offering or vow to bring luck, love and happiness.
